FAMILY -  I recently married my High School Sweetheart, Michael, after 13 years of being apart! We currently reside in Frisco to be close to his daughter, my step-daughter, Katelynn. She is 12 years old and will be entering the 7th grade in Frisco ISD this year.

PETS - We have a 2 year-old Wheaten Scottish Terrier named Desmo. He was named after a Ducati motorcycle called Desmosedici. He is very stubborn, smart, and full of energy!

EDUCATION -  I graduated from Texas Woman's University in May of 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Drama. In May of 2008, I earned my Master's of Arts in Teaching Degree, also from Texas Woman's University. I currently hold certifications in Drama and Speech Communications.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE -  The 2009-2010 school year will be my third year teaching. All three years will have been at Burnett Junior High!
