Biography

Experience: I have 19 years teaching experience.  I have taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade.  This year I will be teaching 4th grade. I taught at Hartman Elementary for three years before deciding to stay at home with my children, Wade and Whitney, for six years. Wade is now 22 and Whitney is 20.  I have been teaching at Birmingham for the last 17 years. 

Degrees: Bachelor of Science from North Texas State University with a kindergarten endorsement/ESL certification

 Master of Education in Early Childhood from East Texas State University

Primary Assignment: Fourth Grade
