Take the Multiplication challenge, remember, you're in sixth grade and SHOULD know your multiplication facts on sight. I put out the challenge for anyone to start practicing with the PPT's and beat the record of 47 seconds. There is no excuse to not practice, they will stay up for a while. They are there for you to practice.
Number Concepts
Exacts and Estimates, Coordinate Plane and Integers
You will use integers to represent real-life situations, and also learn what an integer is when using numbers. We will add and subtract decimals and round numbers and give estimates when the exact answer is not required.
Points on a coordinate plane will be new to you while putting them in quadrant I, and using ordered pairs of non-negative rational numbers. Huh? Are you confused yet? No worries, you'll be fine. Remember, you're in the Mosler Math Zone2!!
