Biography

I was born and raised in Massachusetts, and attended graduate school in Miami, Florida. After staying home in Miami with my two girls for a few years, my husband and I moved our family to Texas. I began working for Wylie ISD when my girls started school here.  My girls graduated from WISD, and I continue to enjoy my empolyment in Wylie.  I have worked at the Elementary, Intermediate, and Junior High levels.

Experience:
25 years working with children ages 5-16 within various school and mental health settings. Assignments include, teaching, counseling and social  work.

Degrees and Professional Certifications:
Masters Degree in Social Work, Barry University, Miami Florida

Texas State Certification in School Counseling, Texas A&M University

Texas Teaching Certification for Kindergarten through 8th grade

Bachelors Degree in Psychology, University of Massachusetts
