Updating  Home  Addresses

 Change of Address:

We will need to make a copy of your:

Lease Agreement or Closing Paper

OR

A copy of one of your Utility Bills.  Electric, Water or Gas bill with the Parent/Guardian’s name and address on it.

Updating Phone Numbers?

If you have Updated phone numbers for us,

Please send a hand written note

along with your signature

Include your child’s full name and be specific

Mom’s new cell phone #

Dad’s new work number…

We no longer have a home phone number

We are using mom’s cell number as our

home phone number…

New Student Enrollment

· We will need the withdraw paper the previous school gave you

· If this is a Summer entry then we will need the students Final Report card

· Your Proof of Residency in the WISD School District

· Copy of Students Shot Record

· Students Social Security Card

· Students Birth Certificate

· We will also Make A Copy of the Parent/Guardian’s Photo ID

Withdrawing a Student

  PLEASE give us at least 24 hour notice before  withdrawing your child.  There is a lot of paper work to get together.
