About Me

was born, raised, and educated in the great state of Kansas.

I graduated from Emporia State University with a BSE in Secondary Education with an emphasis in social studies.  I began my master’s degree at The Pennsylvania State University.

I have a six year old son named Eryk.  He is a first grader over at Tibbals Elementary School - Go Tigers! He is a cute little boy who likes to play with animals of all sorts.  He enjoys playing outside with his remote controlled car, building with legos,swimming in the pool and practicing his gymnastics.

I have had the opportunity to travel around our great country as well as overseas.  I even had the wonderful opportunity to work as a docent at the Pennsylvania Military Museum giving tours and working with living history.  I have enjoyed touring many Civil War battle sites, French castle’s and the Normandy invasion beaches in Northern France.  I have been lucky enough to travel to many of these United States, and look forward to visiting the ones I have not.

I am an avid sports enthusiast who fanatically follows’ Kansas and Penn State Universities sports programs.  I am a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan, and even watch the Mavericks, when they are playing well.  I love to read books and watch good movies.  Mostly, though, I enjoy spending time with my son.
