students, and help to prepare them to lead lives as productive members of
society. Develop lesson plans that directly connect to the guidelines of the
TEKS and allow all students the opportunity to expand their knowledge.

with a current total of 96.5 bronze credit hours. Completion of silver level
of ACE Academy with a current total of 187 silver credit hours. Completion
of gold level of ACE Academy with a current total of 201 gold credit

Curriculum Writing Team Member
(2006-present): Help to create
a concise level of expectations for classroom teachers. Brainstorm ideas
that could facilitate learning in the classroom. View the TEKS as tools for
learning and stabilize the WISD curriculum to help enhance the abilities of
all students.

Challenge the minds of Pre-AP
students and increase their brainpower by requiring higher level thinking in
the form of essays, projects, discussions, debates, etc. Expect evaluation,
analysis and synthesis. Prepare the students for the upcoming AP exam.

Organize the budget for the English Department at Wylie East High School.
Help to create a can-do attitude and invite the parents and community to be
a part of this new tradition. Attend meetings with administrators and relay
important information to my team members. Oversee the members of the
department and help to implement their ideas. Organize lesson plans and
