Students
visit the library with their Language Arts class once every two
weeks. This is the same amount of time allowed for each
check-out.
Students
are allowed to have
two books checked out at a time.
Fines for
overdue books are $.05 per day/per book.
Students will be blocked from checking out books once fines have begun to
accumulate, so please take care of fines ASAP!
Lost books
MUST be paid for before a student is allowed to check out another book.
Library Programs and Events
The Six Flags Read to Succeed program will begin
Jan. 8th. Students will receive information and
forms from their language arts teachers. Students
must complete six hours of OUTSIDE reading and have it
verified by a parent or teacher. Completed forms
MUST be returned to the student's language arts teacher
by Friday, Feb. 22nd for the student to receive their
FREE ticket to Six Flags for summer 2008.
Reading
Counts Reading Program - don't forget to check out a book
with a
GREEN
sticker to earn points in your language arts class.
Library
Suggestion Box
- add the title of your
favorite book that seems to be missing from our library.
The box is located on the circulation desk in the
library.
