I was born and raised in Midland, Texas.  I graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor's Degree from Wayland Baptist University and in 1993 with a Master's Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  I have been working with youth and children since the age of 12.

I met my husband Ted in April of 1996 and we married in December of 1996 and we have been married for 11 1/2 years. He is the love of my life!

  Ted teaches BCIS and Multi-Media at Wylie High School and is starting his 14th year in teaching. Ted also serves the Lucas Fire Department as a volunteer fire fighter.

 Our oldest daughter Hannah will be in the 4th grade this year and our youngest daughter Micah will be in the 1st grade.  They are growing up so fast!

   We are members of Murphy Road Baptist Church in Murphy and are involved in the Reflections Adult Bible Fellowship, Deacon Ministry, Adult Choir, Ladies Ministry, Men's Ministry and Awana's.

My hobbies include: spending time with my family, scrap-booking, reading, writing, watching movies, spending time with friends, playing scrabble with my Dad, and singing.
