This will be my third year teaching in Wylie and my tenth year in education. I graduated from the University of North Texas in May 1998 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I received my ESL certification in 2002.
I look forward to working with your child this year. In 4th grade we introduce a lot of new information. In the spring your child will be taking three sections of TAKS; reading, math, and writing. We do a lot of writing to prepare them for the test. I know your child will have a fun and exciting year!
My husband Jeff and I have been married for 9years. We have a dog
named Coda that we adopted five years ago from the humane
society.
